  1. Roller Skating - We went to a rink in the afternoon and skated as a group. Each girl paid for herself.
  2. Jump Rope games - We got jump ropes and Chinese jump ropes and learned different games.
  3. Invent a Game - I had a whole bunch of things. I divided the girls into groups of 3 and each group had to come up with a game that used the things they had been given. Then we played the games.
  4. Exercise Video - We worked out to one of Richard Simmon's tapes "Sweatin' To the Oldies".
