2 cup of packed brown sugar
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
1 cup of crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Butter or margarine to grease pan
- Butter one 8 inch pan and set aside.
- Take a saucepan and mix brown sugar, evaporated milk
and salt in it.
- Cook over low heat and stir until boiling.
- Boil for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, peanut
butter and vanilla.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour fudge into pan.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares.
