I took 24 white gloves, which I happened to have because I direct a children's singing/performing group, BUT ONE OR A FEW WOULD WORK .

A few years ago, I bought them for about $1.00/pair from a funeral home, then
washed them in HOT water so they would shrink and fit children.
Call up a few helpers, everyone else can "pretend" to have a glove, and depending on how well they do the actions, can "earn" their turn up front.
