Elder Ballard spoke about the Proclamation at Education Week at BYU last

summer. He spoke some concerning its origin, why they felt a need for it,

etc. He also talks about how we apply it into our lives.

 

Also, at BYU Women's conference last spring Elder Haight testified that the

Proclamation was written by the Twelve in the temple and EVERY WORD OF IT IS

TRUE! He was very forceful in his testimony of it.
