Rapid City by Sister Matsumori of the Priamry general board.

Birthday songs:
Choose a b-day child to come up front. On the way up to the front, have the
child tap the same amount of children on the shoulder as he is old. Have all
of the children in the primary stand up. Explain to them they are the
birthday cake and the children who were tapped on the shoulder are the
candles. We sang a b-day song, and for the last sentance she had all of us
sit down but the 8 who had been tapped on the shoulder. Those "
children " were told to raise their hands above their heads and wiggle
their hands, like birthday candles flames, until the birthday child walked
around and " blew " the candles out on the cake.
