I used a mixture of church pictures (from the Gospel Art Kit [GAK] and from some of the kids' manuals picture kits) and some that I drew and made myself or copied.  Here is the basic outline.

 

1st verse:

• "The Lord" - GAK #240 of Christ
• "gave me a temple" - picture of your local temple or any other one works
• "to live within on earth" - GAK 600 of the earth
• "Once in Heaven I was spirit" - here I took two cartoon kids pictures and traced their shapes onto clear plastic from part of a sheet protector that I cup up and then I taped that to a scrapbooking paper with clouds all over it
• "but I left my home at birth" - I used a picture from the Primary 1 manual picture # 1-5 (I believe it is a picture of a family with a newborn baby)
• "I'll make my temple brighter" - I copied some fun cartoony foods (including faces on them) from a Word of Wisdom game I have and put them onto one page with the word "Brighter" typed out along the top of the page.
• "I'll keep my spirit free" - this time I copied the bad things - with the sad faces - things like coffee, cigarettes, etc., with a red circle with a line drawn through indicating to not do this, kinda like a no-smoking sign or do not enter, and then typed the words Spirit Free on the top of the page.
• "My body is the temple my Father gave to me." - this page has the actual cartoon kids in full color, they are a boy and a girl.

2nd verse

• "If I keep my body clean and pure and habit free" - onto the two pages of the good food and the bad stuff, I taped across the top so that it could be flipped from front to back a strip with the words "clean and pure" on the good foods page and "habit free" on the bad things page.  When you flip it it covers up the words "brighter" and "spirit free".
• "I may in Father's temple claim blessings promised me." - GAK #609 picture of a couple at the temple getting married.  Or use your own.
• "On resurrection morning, I'll take my body bright" - I copied the outline of the two kids from the spirit page on the sheet protector onto card stock and outlined it with yellow to represent bright spirits.
• "And in celestial glory forever live in light - GAK # 238 this is a picture of the Second Coming with Christ in the clouds with all the angels around him blowing their horns.

When I taught this we talked about how we keep our bodies clean through healthy eating, etc. and how using drugs orrinking can put our spirits into bondage and therefore they are not free.  
We also talked about our spirits and how our bodies house them.  The plastic sheet protector page is only taped onto the top of the cloud paper so I could show that spirits are not of solid substance.  
We also talked about how we should treat our bodies with respect the same way we do the tample.  And we talked about how we can enter the temple by keeping the word of wisdom, for one thing, to receive the blessings promised us.  And in the end how we will be resurrected in the first resurrection and live with Jesus if we keep ourselves clean and pure.
