Some
of the memorable Class sharing times where they involved the kids are
Kids do a role play
Kids
hold up pictures as story is read
I've
had the leason be on Hinkley's 9 B's, and the kids taught us a fun way to
remember them all using our fingers (could do the same with articles of
faith, the 5 points to a testimony, the 10 commandments).
Kids dressed up as
different Book of Mormon or Bible Heros and gave a small talk about each of
them and made it a "Who Am I? type game (they came through a time machine (very
cute...made from a refrigerator box....kids decorated the box too)
Kids sang a song and
taught to kids based on topic
One
class made it like a Family Home evening....one conducted, one lead the song,
one gave a short story, one did an object lesson, ect on the topic at hand.
Another
one had props that the kids used to help tell a story (They did Jonah and
the whale...the kids had blue streamers they used for the water, others held
up a cardboard boat, while others acted out the parts of the people)
