450 g sukker piskes sammen med 4 æg
3 3/4 dl mælk
450 g mel
4 tsk vanille
4 spsk kakao
250 g smeltet margarine ( røres i til sidst.
Afkølet.)
4 tsk bagepulver
Bages i bradepande 25 min ved 190 grader

2 3/4 cups flour (I used 3/4 cup grahamsmel)
1 tablespoon baking soda (natron)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground cloves and ground
ginger
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups (750ml) grated carrots
2 cups sugar
500 g applesauce
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
preheat oven to around 180degrees
beat eggs, add oil, sugar and vanilla, then
stir in carrots
and apple sauce and add dry ingredients, raisins and nuts.
bake for about 1 hour or until toothpick
comes out clean.

(ca. 6 dl) 350 gr. alm. mel
1 tsk. natron + 1 tsk. bagepulver
1 tsk. salt
1 tsk. kanel
1 tsk. muskat + ½ tsk. nellike + ½ tsk.
ingefær
1 tsk. vaniljesukker
100 gr. TYSK diabetessukker
1½ dl hakkede nødder

3/4 l revne gulerødder
4 æg
½ dl olie
500 gr. æblemos (tilberedt u. sukker)
rosiner m. vand

Bages ved 200 grader ca. 25 min
