I am a child of God

Last night I had a flash
of inspiration and just wanted to
share! I've decided to teach the phrase "I
am a child of God" in several different
languages, although I still don't want to
bother with teaching a whole verse in
another language. After looking at all the
other languages posted on Christy's clipart,
I thought it would be nice just to let the
children see that no matter where you live
in the world, you are a child of God.
My inspiration was this: in thinking of a fun way to
introduce the different languages, I am going to choose temples from
different countries around the world, and post pictures of them on the board
or around the room. I will have a child choose one of the temples, and let
the children try to guess which temple it might be (or my husband thinks I
should give them 3 possible answers and let them choose one). Then I will
teach them how to say "I am a child of God" in that language. Then we will
sing a verse of the song with the new language substituted in for the first
line. I think both seniors and Juniors will have fun with this.
