2. PAY YOUR TITHING (Quotes from Pres. Hinckley) Show money, tithing slip, etc. Talk about peace of mind, protection and the happiness tithing has brought me. Share a few brief personal examples.

3. READ THE BOOK of MORMON (Pres. Benson's quote) Have a Book of Mormon
and talk about how my mom made us get up early before school and read as a family and then talk about how my knowledge of the scriptures has blessed my life, given me answers to questions, brought peace when I was troubled, etc.)

4. HAVING A FAMILY (Quotes from the prophets--Not waiting until you are wealthy, out of school, etc. with a picture of my family) and then tell the story (with visuals) from this month's Friend magazine called "A Prophet's Counsel," and talk about how I have had those same criticisms said to me as a child and as a mom of four. Explain to them how I consider my family my GREATEST blessing and the happiness it has brought me and my family.

5. WORK HARD (Example of Pres. Hinckley) Talk about how my mom encouraged
me to go to school full time and have a job in high school and college. And how because I worked hard growing up, I have been better able to work hard while my husband has done all his schooling (just finishing his doctorate).

Once I get the songs from our chorister, we will add objects to the table representing each of the songs we are going to sing.

Then I will close with my testimony of how my life has been blessed by being obedient to the prophet.
